The coastal settlement of Galatas is just across Poros (less than 10 min by boat). Lemonodasos (aka Lemon Forest) is a beautiful hilly region full of watermills, springs and more than 30.000 lemon and orange trees – a blooming sensation in springtime. The ancient city of Troezen (birthplace of Theseus) is a few kilometers away, while further north, in Epidaurus, you can enjoy some more ancient sightseeing, swimming, as well as one of the renowned theatrical performances at the Great Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus.
