Tripiti

Near the village of Limenaria, amidst a rocky landscape, it is a large, sandy organized beach, with crystal clear waters. Snorkeling and diving are popular activities here.

Metaleia

Transparent waters and white sand contrast beautifully with the green pines and the dark-toned old mining facilities at the background. This organized beach is close to the settlement of Limenaria, at the area of Palataki, where you can see the former headquarters of the German company that used to exploit the region’s iron quarry.

Saliara (Marble beach)

Another exotic beach with white sand and spectacular light blue waters. Set in a small green bay, it is 5 km from Limenas, but the access is quite difficult. Sun beds, umbrellas, a beach bar and other amenities are available.

Paradise beach

The name says it all – a dense forest, exotic looks and golden sand. Situated at Kinira, it is secluded, organized and nudist friendly. Here you can have a swim or catch the waves – a favorite pastime for sunbathers.

Chrisi Akti (Golden beach)

One of the island’s most popular and gorgeous beaches, located at Skala Potamias. It is long and sandy, with turquoise waters, surrounded by lush vegetation. It’s very well organized and features a camping site.
